How to give us feedback on your care from ELDP
ELDP wants to ensure you receive a high quality service. Your views play a critical role in helping us develop and improve. We believe that understanding and responding to comments, concerns, compliments, and complaints from you about the service you have received will help us to make things better for the people that use our services.
By hearing about your experiences, we aim to identify any learning that will help us to address the situation and positively shape the partnership moving forwards.
